Vacancies

Samphire is small but mighty. This is due to the commitment, passion and expertise of our staff and volunteers particularly those that are Experts by Experience.

We take our responsibility recruiting and supporting staff and volunteers including our Trustees (or Executive Committee) seriously.

Our Staff and volunteers are skilled and work as a flexible team to make the most of our limited capacity for the smooth and successful running of the organisation. All staff and volunteers are expected and encouraged to commit to ongoing professional development.

Samphire is embedding the expertise brought by those with lived experience into our work and will continue to develop opportunities for experts by experience to bring their knowledge and skills to the organisation and the sector.

We recruit in line with our Equal Opportunities policy, Volunteers policy and Safeguarding policies.
